At DreamToysCart, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been shipped.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or simply no longer wanted.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

We will assess the situation and, if eligible, send a replacement item or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Lubricants, creams, and personal hygiene items
  • Intimate wear, lingerie, or apparel
  • Toys and devices that come in contact with intimate areas

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


5. Shipping Issues

DreamToysCart is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address input by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
